Examining an officer on their affidavit is akin to chopping down a tree. Generally, it doesn't happen in one swing. In this case, the DoJ is resisting our application for mandamus - that is, we are seeking judicial review for the CBSA failure to investigate or deal with a clear case of marriage fraud. In this particular exchange, I was simply putting forth the fact that the allegations by my client - the victim of marriage fraud - were uncontested.
